Does Polysights offer a free trial?
We offer trials for Standard and Premium plans at random intervals, with the first trial live until March 25, 2025. Missed it? Follow our socials to receive more information on the next free trial. We also offer a free plan for those who want to explore our platform, but this version only provides limited access and you will not be able to access premium features.
Are the algorithms open-source?
Unfortunately, part of our business model is to develop an AI that outperforms our competition. For this reason, we have decided to keep our algorithms private.
Do I need to enter my private key or seed phrase?
Absolutely not. Connection with a Web-3 wallet is not necessary to use our platform.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will ANYONE from the Polysights team ask for your private key or seed phrase. Please keep this in mind, as many people will pretend to impersonate our team members and scam innocent people. Please report all suspicious activity to support@polysights.xyz
Do you offer refunds?
If a user has purchased a license and is not satisfied, we will provide a full refund as long as the user has followed our policies.
When will the full platform be accessible?
Alpha is live as of Q1 2025, with Beta/Premium releasing in Q2. We aim to have the full version Polysights available by Q4 2025. In the meantime, we will continue to polish features during our alpha and beta phases.
